The Conference sheds light on many important issues in the field of human resources within the framework of completing the distinguished route of the five precedent human resources’ conferences. H.E. Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, added that the human resources have received great attention from several countries around the world, international organisations, companies, departments and public and private establishments in the current era, due to the important role and impact of these resources on the success of these countries and organisations, as the human resources affect their productivity, future of their business, stability of their conditions and their sustainability, given the challenges faced by human development in the local and international markets, in terms of risks of rapid changes in the specialisations, professions, future needs of the local and international markets, changes in the business field and trend towards digital economy against the extinction of several conventional jobs, which is an obsession of everyone and which raises the alarm regarding the focus of human development, man. With the successive generations and rapid changes, the governments are liable for accommodating the human energies. Furthermore, the labour market needs cadres capable of advancing economic development, thus it is necessary to study the future of human development and the partners of such development so that we guarantee a safe society. The education system is a basic partner in defining the paths of human resources as the liability is shared and does not fall on a specific entity. Planning for the future should be based on realistic data, and exploring the future as well as studying the rapid changes are the ways to draw the future of human resources. The directives of H.H.
